1. Anti-high temperature

The outdoor LED display will generate a lot of heat during the working process. If it encounters high temperature weather, the circuit board may be damaged. To prevent high temperature damage, you can use a transparent design as much as possible in the shell design to help heat dissipation. When installing, try to choose a well-ventilated location and set up cooling equipment.

2. Anti-typhoon

In coastal areas with many typhoons, it is especially necessary to pay attention to the installation of display screens, which imposes strict requirements on the load-bearing steel frame of LED screens. It is required that the display screens have wind resistance and earthquake resistance that meet the design standards during installation, and the installation is firm and not easy to fall to pedestrians. cause some damages.

3. Anti-storm rain

The outdoor LED screen needs to have a high waterproof level, such as IP65, the module needs to be encapsulated with glue, a waterproof box should be used, and a waterproof rubber ring should be used to connect the module and the box.

4. Lightning protection

The outdoor LED display needs to be equipped with lightning rods and other lightning protection equipment, which is grounded and installed in the power distribution box, and then grounded to avoid lightning damage.
